Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Policy
Currently we operate within India; our products are delivered only within India. However, international shipments are in pipeline and we will soon go global. While most of the products are shipped free, some items may attract shipping charges. The charges wherever required is displayed in the statement before you make a buy. We ship to most of the pincodes in India so we request you to provide full postal address with pin code number. You are requested to make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
Furthermore deliveries by courier companies are generally made during normal daytime working hours.
Our trusted delivery partners are – Shiprocket (https://www.shiprocket.in/); Wefast (https://wefast.in/); Telyport (https://telyport.com/) and Dunzo (https://www.dunzo.com). Please visit their respective website for better understanding of their shipment policies.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When placing your order we consider these factors when calculating Estimated Delivery Date;
# Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1-2 days; however, some orders may ship within few hours (4hrs at the earliest) and some may take up to 5 days.
# Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at your local delivery carrier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping cost is not included in each or all product price. We charge shipping costs that are very nominal and equivalent/ similar across the e-commerce industry.
All of our shipments are transit insured.
*If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 30 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order whichever may be the case subject to availability of stock.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if u can locate it.
Change in the address can be informed before your purchases are shipped, status of shipping can be known from our site by logging into your account. Once the purchases are shipped, no change in the address can be accepted.
Once product is purchased by you, we will intimate you the approximate time it will take to reach your destination. However in some unforeseen cases delivery may be delayed. Mubarakdeals.com is not liable for any loss due to delay.
While we try our best to process your purchases in the shortest possible time, however in case of delay arising, mubarakdeals.com is not liable to any compensation whatsoever.

Shipping Restrictions
* Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.
* All expedited orders require a street address.
* Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
* Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
IIPLeM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Some cities in Maharashtra charge OCTRAI, it is not paid by us or our seller, hence it is to be paid by you to courier companies or whoever lawfully demands. We are not responsible for claims arising from OCTRAI nonpayment.
We are only a marketplace, and do not involve in trading of any goods hence we are not liable for any VAT/CST taxes.
Damages
Products ordered from IIPLeM are transit insured. In case products are damaged or lost during shipping or, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
IIPL shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
IIPL will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery.
If the delivery fails due to the following reasons, IIPL will contact the customer 2nd time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt.
In case the customer refuses to pay, the second time delivery charges, IIPL will refund the entire order money to the Customer.
We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as "available" on this Site.
IIPL will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases
• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Recipient not available.
• Premises locked.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.
The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
