In case you are not happy with the purchases you made, you can always turn to us for return.Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange, replacement, and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. Our team will also set up enquiry on the same. We will always be happy in mitigating your concern through our 'RETURN & REFUND POLICY' and other terms and conditions laid down for buyers on IMPECCABLEINNOVATIONS.COM

If you need to replace the damaged or defective item, send us an email at care@impeccableinnovations.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product and send your item to G-07, Lily Block, VijyaSri Elixir, Borewell Road, Whitefield, Bangalore -560066, Karnataka, India.

Important information

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged& you also need to send the original receipt.

The replacement shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no replacement shall be initiated.

The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
