Mr Arnab Guha - the founder of Impeccable Innovations Pvt Ltd (IIPL) is a Senior Food Scientist with 16+ years of work experience in the Food, Agriculture & Biotech sector; and also an inventor with 5 patents. 39-year old Arnab and his 8-year old son, Aarav have Gluten-intolerance while he also has Lactose-intolerance. Through Sportify, which is a Vegan Gluten-free multigrain flour brand, he addressed one of his son's health issues (asthma & wheezing) when he was ~5 years old. This was the genesis of SPORTIFY.
Arnab’s parents went into a diabetes zone in 2020. Now, they are also in better shape & have lower than 6 HbA1c; thanks to the new variant (Sportify-CELKEY), which was launched on Holi-2021. Other variants of SPORTIFY are Ethos, Begins & Hi-Protein. All products of Sportify have a significant portion of millets like Ragi, Kodo and Barnyard. IIPL is an alumnus of Nutrihub TBI startup incubator at IIMR-Hyderabad & winner of a grant of 10 lakh INR under the Agripreneurship competition of RKVY-RAFTAAR-NGRAIN-2021. IIPL’s New Food development is all in-house with a strong R&D base & skillset.
Arnab believes in the concept of 'charity begins at home' & firstly tried to find a perfect solution to various health challenges which were bothering his family. If it's solving the purpose, then it will solve the same problem for millions of people across the world. IIPL takes part in various EXPO and tries to educate visitors to their stall on what is the meaning of a balanced nutritious diet. Being a responsible food scientist Arnab aspires to win a Nobel Prize for India in the 'science' category before he turns 50. About Impeccable Innovations Pvt Ltd (IIPL)
IIPL is a 6+-year-old AgriHealthFood Start-up based in Whitefield, Bangalore-66, Karnataka, India. They also have the world-renowned senior pulmonologist clinician Dr P.P.Bose as one of the key members of their Scientific Advisory board.
Initially, for 3 years, IIPL was primarily giving R&D oriented consultancy services to food startups, SMEs, MSMEs & MNCs. But the responsible entrepreneur in Arnab pivoted their business model to food manufacturing and offline marketing & sales in Feb.2019. He believed that by having better control over the innovative technologies with mass-scale production, IIPL will be able to serve the nutrition space more holistically. Arnab emphasizes that an entrepreneur needs to have a strong support system at home to be able to sustain and persevere in an entrepreneurial journey. His wife, Neha Tyagi & his parents have been the strong pillar of support throughout this while.
Incidentally, IIPL also does techno-marketing of the Nualgi brand of agri-micronutrients and has a long-term relationship with the manufacturer of Nualgi Nanobiotech. Both these organization believes that clean agriculture without the usage of harmful agri-chemicals is the future of agriculture.
Recently on World Autism Awareness Day on 2nd April 2022, IIPL also launched India’s First Specialised e-marketplace (IIPLeM) for Nutritious GFCFSF Vegan Foods & other non-food essentials for people with AUTISM & CEREBRAL PALSY for a tension-free & trustworthy buying experience. Already 8 manufacturing brands have registered on the IIPLeM website. Some of them sell exotic rice varieties, edible oil, sprouted millet flours etc.
IIPLeM has already built strong collaborations with two different autism & special kids centres in Hyderabad and Jharkhand under the leadership of Dr Suman & Dr Khushboo respectively. “There are encouraging anecdotal evidence of improvements in the health of kids with autism once they are on a nutritious GFCFSF diet and having Sportify variants of BEGINS & HI-PROTEIN. Key markers are better bowel movement and lessening of constipated days, lesser hyperactivity, increase in verbalization, better eye contact and development of a feeling of empathy. We will soon conduct bigger cohort studies and will try to involve apex nutrition bodies like NIN Hyderabad (National Institute of Nutrition). We are challenging the status quo. Arnab’s own brother, 34-year old Anirban Guha is a Bank Manager in Union Bank of India in Delhi. Incidentally, Anirban is spastic, has cerebral palsy and is quadriplegic. He is married for the past 3+ years and lives with his parents in C.R.Park, New Delhi. Life was not that rosy for the Guha family in 1990s & 2000s as there was dearth of resource, finance, access to information and experts for treatment and therapies for Anirban. It’s inspiring to know that Anirban started to walk and talk at the age of 5 and now he is leading his life quite independently.
As an elder sibling to a special kid, Arnab assimilated all such hardships his family had to undergo then. Now, Arnab has converted such a challenging experience into his strength and through the IIPLeM platform, he believes IIPL can support millions of parents with special kids with CP & ASD in India and abroad.
