Answer: Simply go to www.impeccableinnovations.com, search & select the product, add into your cart and Buy it. While buying please give your details as required by site and confirm.
I have placed my order. What next?
Answer: Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via E-mail/SMS. You can then TRACK ORDER by logging into your impeccableinnovations.com Account’s MY ORDERS section.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Answer: Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on Impeccableinnovations.com and go to MY ORDER section.
What is order verification? Why is it required?
Answer: Order verification is done by Impeccableinnovations.com for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer. However, we are currently not able to give facility of COD for our buyers.
Why have I not received my order yet?
Answer: Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you and E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Answer: Visit the MY ORDERS page in your My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
What does the different order status mean?
Answer:
Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed.
Verified: You payment mode and delivery details have been verified.
Processing: We have received your order and we have forwarded to the seller.
Packed: Order has been packed by the seller and ready to be picked up by the courier partner.
Shipped: You order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the delivery address successfully.
What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
Answer: Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. While placing an order, you will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on the website (e.g. dispatched within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 1-6 days depending on the address specified for the order.
What do I do if I get wrong update messages from Courier Company?
Answer: To know the current status of your order please log into your account on impeccableinnovations.com and go to MY ORDER section. Click on View Tracking History next to the order that you wish to track. You can also track your order through our below courier partners.
Why is the tracking information missing on the courier partner's website?
Answer: Tracking information may not be available due to technical issues because of which tracking information is not updated on our or the courier services company's website.
I checked the status of my order on courier website but the status is wrong. What do I do now?
Answer: If your order is within the promised delivery date then we request you to wait till it is delivered. To know the current status of your order please log into your account on Impeccableinnovations.com and go to MY ORDER section.
Click on View Tracking History next to the order that you wish to track.
Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred delivery partner?
Answer: For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.
Why did I receive a partial order?
Answer: We are sorry you had to experience this but please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. Do not worry; your order is on its way to you!
The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest.
How can I find out if Impeccableinnovations.com / IIPLeM delivers to my location?
Answer: You can find out if impeccableinnovations.com delivers to your location by using the courier serviceability tool located on the right side of the product on all product pages. Impeccableinnovations.com keeps updating the list of serviceable Pin Codes. So, if delivery option is not available right now, please come back to see if this has changed.
How do I place a return request on Impeccableinnovations.com?
Answer: In case you have received a defective, damaged, or a 'not-as-described' product by the seller or if you are not happy with the quality of the product or issue with fitting of the product, you can call or drop in a mail within 1 days from delivery of your product.
Once you inform us about your decision to return the product, we will inform you the mode of return. Wherever we have re-pick up facility we will arrange to pick up, wherever we don’t have, upon e-mail confirmation to you, you have to courier the product on your own through a reputed courier company.
You have to return the unused product along with its tags & original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of from the date of confirming the return.
The product has to be sent to the address of the seller from whom you have received an invoice. Address along with the contact details is available in the purchase invoice. How do I place a cancellation request on IIPLeM?
Answer: If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Create a cancellation request online.
Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.
Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
I have returned the product, how would I get the refund?
Answer: In case of return of your purchases, we will reimburse in the form credit note into your impeccableinnovations.com account or will be issuing voucher within 7 working days of seller confirming the receipt of product back. Please note that we do not refund in any other cash or credit forms.
I want to exchange the purchases I have made, how do I do?
Answer: We don’t exchange your purchases instead; you can return your purchases as per our return policy get the credit in your account of Impeccableinnovations.com and again buy whatever product you want.
How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return in my account?
Answer: It will take around 7 days from the date our seller confirms the receipt of return products.
How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancel the order?
Answer: We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.
What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Answer: IIPLeM believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report it to us on returns@impeccableinnovations.comand place a return request from your account. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Answer: Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
1. on delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Call the impeccableinnovations.com customer care for further assistance.
If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
Answer: We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a return request or get in touch with us. We don’t have replacement or exchange facility. You have to return your product and again buy the same item if available on our site.
Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
Answer: Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your location. Many products on Impeccableinnovations.com, we have free shipping offers.
Can I cancel my order if delivery is taking too much time?
Answer: Yes, you may cancel your order if the order has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order goes to My Orders in your account section.
Why was my order cancelled by Impeccableinnovations.com?
Answer: We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
• If product is out of stock or is discontinued
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

We welcome you to join our IIPLeM family as a seller. You need to fill a form and within few hours you can start selling your products on Impeccableinnovations.com. Go to seller section and register yourself. Our executive will call you soon. However, as our platform is curated keeping in mind special children communities, therefore in certain conditions we may not be able to keep your product in our platform if we think it’s not useful for them.
How do I give a review about my purchase on IIPLeM?
Answer: We encourage our customers to share their shopping experience with larger audience by writing Reviews. On every product page you will find a review section where you can write a review, upload videos and images of the product. Reviews can fetch you badges and likes of other customers who found it useful.
How to write Customer-Friendly Reviews?
Answer: When you write a review, it helps other customers to make a decision of purchase. Please keep a note of below points while writing a review:
• Product Centrality: Concentrate only on product feedback and DO NOT include service or seller feedback. Reviews with such content will NOT BE made live

Can I use IIPLeM to send gifts to others?
Answer: Gift wrapping can be done upon paying minimal charge at the time of purchase. Please note this option is not available for all items.
What payment methods can I use to pay for a gift order?
Answer: Payment modes are the same in case of gifting as in any other purchase.
Who can return the gift?
Answer: Return of a gift can be done as per normal product return process which can be done by you.
Can I modify my delivery address?
Answer: House no., building no, & street number can be modified. However, you cannot change delivery pin code. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.
Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
Answer: Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by going to MY ORDER section of your account and clicking on CANCEL/RETURN or REPLACE. Rest assured your money will be secured under TRUST PAY policy under which you can return/replace your order* within 7 days of delivery of your order and your money will be refunded back to you.
Are in-transit products insured?
Answer: All in-transit items are insured. Incase on opening the item if you feel that the item is damaged you can initiate a Return or Replacement anytime within 7 days of receiving your order. Be rest assured, your items* are covered.
What is the difference between dispatch and delivery?
Answer: Dispatch refers to packing and shipping of your order. This means that the order is on its way to your delivery address.
Delivery date is the date on which your order will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned by you while placing the order.
What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Answer: If you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your MY ORDERS section anytime within 7 days of your order delivery. Be rest assured your order* will be covered under Trust Pay Policy. We will ensure that your concern is resolved to your satisfaction.
Why did I receive a partial order?
Answer: Different Items in one order might be dispatched to you separately. This could be because different items in your order are sold by different sellers.
Tracking details of each item in your order will be sent you through SMS/e-mail as and when that item is dispatched.
If you received your order package and one of the items is missing from it, go to MY ORDER section and see if your missing item is under another sub order id. If it is, click View Tracking History next to the order to find its delivery date.
How can I find out if IIPLeM delivers to my location?
Answer: You can find out if IIPLeM deals deliver a particular product to your location by simply going on the product page and entering the area of pin code of the delivery destination in the space provided right alongside the product picture and click on verify. It is possible that a particular seller does not delivery to your location but we will automatically show the seller that delivers to your location as soon as you enter the area pin code.
What if the order is not delivered as per promised date?
Answer: To know the current status of your order please log into your account on IIPLeM and go to MY ORDER section. Click on View Tracking History next to the order that you wish to track. You can also contact our courier partners on the below numbers to check the current status.
If for some unforeseen reasons your order is not delivered as per promised date we will send you the revised delivery date through email.
We are unable to compensate you if the order is not delivered as per promised date.
Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not deliver products internationally at this point in time. However, you can place your orders to India from any part of the world.
